The discussion of scale in cultural landscape literature seems to be somewhat absent.  Here we would like to generate some discussion of how we think about scale in relation to cultural landscapes.

What policies impact cultural landscapes?  What is being developed to enable cultural landscape to continue over time?

Cultural landscapes often emerge out of the enterprises people undertake that shape the landscape.  What types of enterprises have people documented?  What new ones are emerging?
